Twin Core makes no guarantees and accepts no responsibility for the security of data transmitted over the internet, or for any files downloaded from our website or from third-party links. Any such downloads are undertaken at your own risk.
Twin Core makes no representations that this website complies with laws or regulations outside of its countries of operation.
All product images and photographs are for reference only. Actual products may vary.
If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the website immediately.
SEVERABILITY OF TERMS
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or illegal under applicable law, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, PRICING, AND PLACING ORDERS
Product availability displayed on this website is indicative only and subject to change without notice. For accurate availability, customers are encouraged to request a quotation or contact our sales team.
Pricing is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by Twin Core IT Solutions. All quotations are subject to stock availability and validity periods specified in the quotation.
Orders may be placed by contacting our sales team directly through official communication channels. Twin Core reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.
Products supplied by Twin Core IT Solutions are not eligible for manufacturer rebates, marketing funds, or incentive programs unless explicitly stated in writing.
PRODUCT CONDITION CODES
Twin Core IT Solutions may use the following condition classifications:
Factory Sealed (F/S): Brand new, unopened, factory-sealed product
Bulk: New product removed from an original system or bulk packaging
New Open Box (NOB): New product with original packaging opened for inspection or demo; carries remaining manufacturer warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer
Refurbished Grade A: Fully tested, good physical and operating condition
Refurbished Grade B: Fully functional but may show cosmetic wear
OEM Refurbished: Refurbished by the original manufacturer; warranty typically ranges from 90 days to one year
Note: Certain products may only be eligible for manufacturer warranty in their country of origin. Your sales representative will advise if this applies to your order.
ORDER PAYMENT
Twin Core IT Solutions currently accepts payment via:
PayPal
Credit card payments processed securely through PayPal
We do not accept wire transfer payments at this time.
Customers who wish to pay using a credit card may do so through the PayPal payment link provided by our sales team. A PayPal account is not required to complete a credit card transaction.
Payments made via PayPal are subject to a 3.5% service fee, which covers processing fees charged to us by PayPal.
All payments must be received and cleared in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing by Twin Core IT Solutions.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
All products sold by Twin Core IT Solutions include warranty coverage, subject to product type, condition, and supplier terms.
(a) New products typically carry a manufacturer warranty ranging from one (1) to three (3) years. Warranty terms may vary for volume buyers, and your sales representative will advise you prior to purchase.
(b) At Twin Core IT Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our products. Select refurbished items include a warranty of up to thirty (30) days, providing added confidence with every purchase. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product and supplier. To confirm warranty eligibility or for any questions prior to purchase, please contact sales@twincoreitsolutions.com. Our sales team will be happy to assist you.
For products covered under manufacturer warranty, customers must contact the manufacturer directly for replacement or service. Proof of purchase from Twin Core IT Solutions may be required.
For refurbished or special-order products, warranty service and support must be requested directly from Twin Core IT Solutions.
Returns will not be accepted for:
Compatibility issues (unless incorrect advice was provided by our sales representative);
Physical damage, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or force majeure events.
Twin Core may require serial numbers for any approved return. Incorrect or missing serial number information may delay processing.
No returns will be accepted for the following categories, unless Dead on Arrival (DOA):
(a) Batteries
(b) Software
(c) Printer consumables or ink
(d) Special-order products
Please Note: Volume buyers or brokers may be subject to separate warranty terms that override the above conditions. These terms will be communicated prior to order confirmation.
